Frame Running Course

CPISRA – Cerebral Palsy International Sports and Recreation Association in partnership with Frame Running Scotland held a one day introduction to Frame Running course at Pitreavie Athletics Centre on Sunday, 31st October. The course consisted of presentations in the morning and practical sessions in the afternoon. The course was fully subscribed with 25 people attending from across Scotland, including coaches, parents/carers, physiotherapists, athletes and volunteers. The course piloted material developed by CPISRA as part of their Erasmus Runfree project and following very positive feedback from course attendees CPISRA plan an international roll out the course material. Including it being available in various languages. 

A number of the people contributed to the delivery of the course, Frame Running Scotland would like to particularly thank Craig Carscadden,Pitreavie Amateur Athletic Club and the Pitreavie Frame Running Group athletes; Emma, Josh and Chris.
