Each year we publish a Spring, Summer and Winter Newsletter communicating updates on recent events, latest developments and pursuits across the Frame Running spectrum in Scotland covering both competition and recreation activity.  Includes highlights of forthcoming events in Scotland and international news of interest to Scotland.

ACE FrameRunning

The course provides a practical introduction to the recreation and sport of Frame Running, athlete training and running frame equipment.  It will help you to identify potential athletes, deliver athlete training and understand how to adjust frames. Suitable for coaches, volunteers, parents and health/education staff who are interested in/already working with Frame Running Athletes.

EVENTS & COMPETITIONS

Events and competitions range from fun festivals for all through to performance competitions. For your first event try a festival or development competition. Contact your club for more information.

Festivals and Development Competitions


Open to all Frame Running athletes, both recreational and competitive. From first time competitors to the very experienced, from the very young to the not so young.

Intermediate Competitions


Open primarily to classified athletes and athletes awaiting classification. Other athletes wishing to enter to contact Pamela Robson, Scottish Athletics.

Performance Competitions


Open to classified athletes. Athletes awaiting classification wishing to enter to contact Pamela Robson, Scottish Athletics.

RECREATION

Frame Running is both an athletics competition event and a form of recreation. It is about having fun, making new friends, participating and getting exercise.
